On Monday, Year 8 and Year 9 watched a thought provoking and powerful dramatic performance from theatre specialists Alter Ego about County Lines.

This play which was coordinated by Norfolk Police is warning young and vulnerable people of the dangers and pitfalls of gang association and connections with drugs and abuse.

All students listened attentively and were very positively engaged in the question and answer session after the performance. The play was expertly delivered and presented an important message.

Norfolk police are also encouraging Year 8 students to design a poster for County Lines that will inform other students about the dangers in an impactful way.

The winning design will receive a £50 voucher for Chapelfield shopping centre and the PDF will be disseminated to all schools in Norfolk for them to print out and display.

If you’re interested in entering this competition please speak with your Art teacher or Mr Sayce for more details.
